OUR LOOMS

Our Loom-Rebuilding Program is a major area of our program and is growing steadily. Reconditioned looms are sold with full warranty.

KAMBER NARROW FABRIC LOOM REBUILDING

We have three different methods in our Müller loom rebuilding program; clean and complete, semi-reconditioned, and fully reconditioned. Below is a description of the processes for each method.

CLEAN & COMPLETE (No Warranty)
The loom is thoroughly cleaned, and any broken or missing parts are replaced. Then the loom is tested running.
SEMI-RECONDITIONED (Sold with Limited Warranty)
The loom is dismantled and all parts are inspected. Parts with excess wear and tear are replaced. We repaint the machine in original Müller colors, green or grey. After full assembly, the machine is tested for several hours to assure proper performance. The warranty is limited to basic movable parts and components.
FULLY RECONDITIONED (Sold with Full Warranty)
The loom is completely dismantled down to the bare frame. Then all parts are inspected and segregated. Parts with any visual or noticeable wear, mechanical or cosmetic, are replaced. Further, we upgrade to new Mütrans 2 Filling Feed. All motors are sent to a motor shop for inspection and replacement of bearings regardless. The frame gets repainted in the original Müller grey or green and reassembled. After full assembly, the loom is tested for several hours (with no yarn) to assure all is in good order. This fully reconditioned loom not only looks new, it performs and lasts the same as a new loom. Our Full Warranty on all parts for 3 months (based on 3-shift operation) is guaranteed.

	The frame is taken to our in-house paint shop where it is primed and sprayed.
The machine is built back to customer specifications using only Muller factory parts coming from our parts department.
	Our fully reconditioned machines are broken down to the frame and built up in our state-of-the-art Loom Rebuilding Shop.
When the machine is fully rebuilt, it is thoroughly tested to meet our quality requirements. Whichever method suits your business best; you will receive quality machines at a reasonable price from Kamber Narrow Fabric Machinery.
