McGrath will oversee the company’s operations and sales, operating out of the Birmingham, Alabama location. Mike Kamber, Founder, will continue in a supporting role.

McGrath has been with Kamber since 2012 serving as Vice President where his primary responsibilities have included opening new markets and insuring production efficiency and quality service. McGrath has 25 years of broad experience in all aspects of narrow fabric production. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is a certified RABQSA lead auditor in ISO 9001-2008 and AS 9100-B 2009 quality management systems. McGrath speaks English, German, Mandarin Chinese, and Spanish.

A trader in pre-owned and refurbished braiding, knitting and weaving machinery, the company currently has warehouses and shop facilities located in Birmingham, Alabama, USA, Changzhou PRC and Dongguan PRC that support their global business.
